Map it out. Write down what you are eating daily for a week. Journal how you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally. Experiment with food elimination and rotation. Cleanse through hydrotherapy to help advance your efforts. And work with someone who is experienced in the area to make sure you are getting the most bang for your buck.
